Our collaborative partnership is designed to create transformative results through rigorous exploration, strategic planning, and consistent accountability. The coaching relationship offers a confidential space where authenticity, challenge, and growth converge to produce exceptional outcomes.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
This agreement is not a substitute for legal, psychological, or medical counsel. You maintain full responsibility for your decisions and actions. Unleashed Consulting and its affiliates cannot be held liable for outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Your 12-month coaching journey follows a carefully designed four-phase approach:
Phase 1: Clarity and Strategic Planning (First 6-8 weeks)
- Intensive weekly meetings to establish alignment on priorities
- Development of a comprehensive strategic plan
- Identification of key challenges and opportunities
- Positive Intelligence® program integration (optional)
Phase 2: Execution in Key Strategic Areas (Months 3-6)
- Implementation of solutions in priority areas
- Translation of strategic plans into actionable initiatives
- Bi-weekly meetings to support execution and address challenges
Phase 3: Team Performance Optimization (Months 7-9)
- Focus on staff alignment and organizational effectiveness
- Leadership strategies for team development and engagement
- Continued bi-weekly or tri-weekly meetings based on needs
Phase 4: Sustainability and Ongoing Leadership Development (Months 10-12)
- Ensuring changes are sustainable long-term
- Continued leadership development and capacity building
- Assessment of progress and planning for future growth
THE EXECUTIVE COACHING EXPERIENCE
Your coaching program includes:
- Three Strategy Sessions Per Month: 50-minute sessions, preferably at consistent times, to establish momentum
- Additional Sessions as Needed: Flexibility to schedule additional 30-minute sessions during critical periods
- Positive Intelligence® Program Option: The first six weeks can include the complete PQ program to build mental fitness through:
- Weekly video modules (60 minutes each)
- Daily practice exercises (15 minutes)
- Tools to strengthen leadership capabilities under pressure
- Continuous Support: "Executive Coach in Your Pocket" service provides 24/7 access between sessions for time-sensitive situations via:
- Email correspondence
- Digital coaching log
- Text messaging for urgent matters
- Private Client Portal: Secure access to all coaching resources, including:
- Session preparation tools
- Implementation frameworks
- Progress tracking systems
- Reference materials
- In-Person Meetings: Available as needed (depending on location)
- Access to Extended Resources: Potential connection to specialists in board relations, strategic planning, and organizational development as needed (discussed separately)

As your executive coach, I will:
- Serve as a strategic partner dedicated to bringing forth your highest leadership potential
- Create a confidential environment conducive to meaningful exploration and growth
- Maintain absolute discretion regarding our conversations and agreements
- Challenge limiting perspectives and expand your vision of what's possible
- Provide direct, actionable feedback with recommendations when appropriate
- Ask incisive questions that deepen awareness and catalyze insight
- Guide you toward high-impact actions aligned with your leadership objectives
- Remain an ongoing resource for sustainable development
- Adapt our approach based on emerging needs and priorities
CLIENT COMMITMENTS
For optimal results, we ask that you:
- Engage with genuine self-reflection and strategic honesty
- Commit to meaningful objectives that advance your leadership vision
- Remain open to feedback while communicating what approaches are most effective
- Take ownership of your leadership development process and achievements
- Prepare for each session using the provided framework to maximize our time
- Provide 24-hour notice for schedule changes (missed sessions can be conducted via written exchange)

By the conclusion of this 12-month engagement, we anticipate:

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information shared during our coaching relationship is strictly confidential. Unleashed Consulting will not disclose any communications without your prior written consent, including the use of testimonials.
Exclusions to confidentiality include information that is:
- Previously known to the coach prior to our agreement
- Publicly disclosed by you
- Independently developed without access to confidential information
- Lawfully obtained from third parties not bound by confidentiality obligations
- Required to be disclosed by applicable law (with advance notice when possible)
Upon completion of our coaching relationship, all confidential information will be returned or destroyed at your request.
FLEXIBILITY
- Meeting Schedule Flexibility: Coaching sessions can be scheduled on weekdays between 7 am -7 pm ET or on weekends based on your preferences
- Adaptable Meeting Cadence: We can adjust the frequency of meetings based on organizational needs and your other commitments
- Potential for Extension: The engagement can be extended beyond the initial 12 months if additional support is beneficial
INVESTMENT
Option 1: Full Payment: Complete 12-month coaching program is $18,000, payable in advance via credit or debit card.
Option 2: Monthly Installment Plan: Twelve monthly payments of $1,650 (a total investment of $19,800) will be automatically charged to your card on the same date each month.
